Bug#940775: pyatspi autopkgtest fails on s390x with pygobject 3.34

This looks extremely close to Bug#940018.  I had prepared the same fix
for other at-spi packages but not uploaded them yet.  I have now done so
for pyatspi as version 2.34.0-2.  Merging it into ubuntu will allow to
confirm that it's the same issue.
