Can we find someone to continue developing ebook-speaker and daisy-player now that we lost Jos Lemmens?

Hello,

For information, I have re-built the git trees from scratch (there were
some ordering issues) and force-pushed it. If you already have a git
checkout, please re-fetch from github and rebase any change you have, so
we don't accidentally re-pull the previous bogus git tree.

Along the line I have added commit dates. As a good side effect, Jos now
appears as contributor. It seems the repository is now all set!
