Indeed (and debconf does that for its frontend so it's not unseen in d-i
:) ). I have now uploaded that, for a start.

There is no init or systemd so we start it by hand from
/lib/debian-installer/startup.d/S51espeakup, installed from
debian/espeakup-udeb.start
