emacspeak no info files

Hello folks: I thought I should write to mention that emacspeak does
not seem to include the info files and the c-h c-e emacspeak describe
facility in debian sid. I just installed Version: 53.0+dfsg-2 but I
noticed it didn't include the files in some earlier version I
installed as well.

I'm running debian sid current as of today Dec. 15 2022. I'm also
running linux 6.0.0-4-amd64 but I don't suppose that really matters.
