Coordination around espeak* uploads

Hello,
espeakup-udeb just became uninstallable because of the espeak-ng upload.
The former hardcodes a versioned dependency on (one udeb built by) the
latter, computed from the -dev's version at build time, which means a
rebuild is required.
I'm not seeing any binNMU (assuming that's sufficient, I didn't check)
requests on debian-release@ at this point, and since that's the first
time I'm spotting this, I thought I'd drop a note to everyone involved.
I suppose it would make sense to file a binNMU request alongside the
upload, which should work as long as a dep-wait is included?
Cheers,
