Thanks a lot for your effort. I've provided a debug log in the previous
at-spi2-core bug report:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/at-spi2-core/-/issues/189 .

I have of course removed all Orca settings and even those of Firefox, without
success. Until today I've upgraded my systems since ~2 / 3 weeks and the issue
seems to be gone. I have to confirm this on my second testing system tomorrow
and close the bug if it is indeed resolved. If not, I'll try to provide more
details.
