[Pkg-acpi-devel] Please unblock acpid

Version 1.0.6-16 add some better documentation in /etc/default/acpi, fixes some
problems in the boot process that resulted in acpid not even starting on some
systems with a self build kernel and removes the stop links in runlevel 0 and
6.
