I thought about this some more and just created a small patch that would enable
you as admin to decided whether wireless and bluetooth are always kept in sync.
This is the way most other laptops (at least those I worked with) handle the
wireless button. Wouldn't that be a sufficient solution? Please keep in mind
that you are free to use your X chooser as all the scripts are config files and
thus not overwritten during upgrade.
