[Pkg-acpi-devel] Bug#515334: acpid: Lid close event only blanks laptop screen for 3 seconds

Upon closing my Dell Inspiron E1405 laptop's lid, the screen is blanked for about 3 seconds before it is once again lit back up-- that is, while the lid is still closed.  I have xscreensaver and GNOME installed and running.  (testing branch)
