I've replaced the ssh-agent binary with the following script:

---------------
#!/bin/sh

pstree -p > `mktemp /tmp/pstree-XXXXXX`
---------------

This is the result:

       |-acpid(1738)---power.sh(2001)---power.sh(2002)---power.sh(2034)-+-grep(2036)
       |
 `-su(2035)---sh(2046)---sh(2049)---ssh-agent(2050)---pstre+

I attach the file in order to avoid formatting issues.

Thank you and regards.
