[Pkg-acpi-devel] Bug#631658: /etc/acpi/events/{ac, battery} share the same action, that is triggered more than once

The cited behaviour can be seen when a loop is executed in background by
pm-powersave(8). Follows a script that potentially causes it. The script
should be placed at "/etc/pm/power.d" and can be tested with a laptop,
pulling and/or pulling the AC adapter.
