I have Asus G1S notebook. And now my touchpad key not work.
I try to run /etc/acpi/asus-touchpad.sh script manually from console and
get message:

Couldnt get a file descriptor referring to the console

Then I comment string:

getXconsole

and all work good.
I think we need to fix getXconsole. How I can help you to do this?
