[Pkg-acpi-devel] Bug#628543: acpi: Toshiba Satellite L655-S5158 battery not supported

There is no battery/ in /proc/acpi. I have tried updating to 2.6.38, 
but that did not fix the problem (and switched back to 2.3.32). 

Using the latest BIOS from Toshiba.
