Package: acpi-support
Version: 0.140-5
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
I have suspend set as default action on lid close.
Sometimes suspend fails (for many reasons) and laptop stays powered on with lid closed. This is deadly for the most modern laptops having air intake near the keyboard.
I already have one melted laptop because of that issue, do not want get the second one.
In case suspend fails, acpi must to force shutdown, and this must be default behavior.
It doesn't meter if you have unsaved documents, as you lose it alone with the dead laptop, anyway.
