Package: acpitool
Version: 0.5.1-3
Severity: wishlist

Hi,

acpitool from Debian unstable still wants processor statistics in
/proc/acpi/processor. This has been deprecated for a while now, and,
in fact, Debian kernels do not set CONFIG_ACPI_PROCFS and/or
CONFIG_ACPI_PROCFS_POWER any more.

If acpitool is able to grok information read from the new place in
/sys, it should be made to read from there.

Greetings
Marc
