[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#240594: alsa-base: startscript doesn't load the OSS-emulation-modules with udev

The /etc/init.d/alsa startscript doesn't load the OSS-emulation-modules
with udev. I fixed it by changing line 31 from:

| if [ !  -f /proc/sys/kernel/modprobe -o -c /dev/.devfsd ];

to 

| if [ !  -f /proc/sys/kernel/modprobe -o -c /dev/.devfsd -o -f
|  /dev/.udev.tdb ];
