Hi,

It appears that the snd_index parameter for the snd-card-ens1371 module
has changed in ALSA 0.5 so that the needed value is "0", not "1", which was
what alsaconf 0.4 was using. This requires users to manually modify their
modules configuration file upon upgrading, so it would be nice if this was
handled by the package somehow.

Hi,

Firstly, the snd-card-ens1371 module name doesn't even exist
anymore, sometime during the 0.9 fun, it was renamed to snd-ens1371,
as was the params to drop the snd_ prefix. Loading the snd-ens1371
module here with snd_index=1 or snd_index=0 has no effect and a
harmless message about unknown parameter is logged to dmesg. The
module still loads sucessfully, however.

Thanks,
