Package: alsa-base
Version: 1.0.7-2
Followup-For: Bug #268006
Hi,
I used to have sound on my laptop. Now I don't. I think I have the problem
described in this bug, but I do not know how to fix it. I use a 2.4.20 kernel
and believe the module for my soundcard is i810_audio or something that
begins with i810.
I get the
alsactl: load_state:1134: No soundcards found...
error on boot.
Please explain (in small words) how I can fix this. Thanks
I'll include the output of lsmod if it's helpful:
