[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#287979: alsa-source: building with make-kpkg ignores "--append-to-version" in resulting deb and destination path

The "KVERS" environment variable is not used when building the packages. So the
resulting package eventually overwrites an existing one of the same major
Version which wasn't build with "--append-to-version".
