[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#232854: alsa-base: debconf alsactl_restore_on_startup

I would like that /etc/init.d/alsa would restore 
the mixer settings on startup, but not save them on shutdown

this may be achieved by a new debconf , something called
alsactl_restore_on_startup

if you like the idea,I may implement a patch
