[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#229379: alsa-source: CONFIG_HAVE_PDE, CONFIG_HAVE_VMALLOC_TO_PAGE not set with 2.6.1 kernel

When building the alsa-modules from the alsa-source package with
make-kpkg, the error message "PDE previously defined here" appears. The
reason for this problem seems to be that both CONFIG_HAVE_PDE and
CONFIG_HAVE_VMALLOC_TO_PAGE are not set in config.h of alsa. 

If I define these manually in config.h and then run make dep; make; make
install, I succeed building the modules. The problem seems to be related
to the configure file of alsa-driver. When testing for the two
parameters the test compilation fails when I guess it should succeed.

After manually modifying config.h the driver for au8820 works as
expected.

The may be other parameters that fail to be set during the configuration
due to the same reason as above.
