[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#262203: alsa-utils: alsaconf -L does not produce a log on /tmp/alsaconf.log

The man page for alsaconf says that the -L (or --log) option will
produce a log file at /tmp/alsaconf.log.  However, this option does not
appear to do anything.
