[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#253980: /etc/init.d/alsa: Please re-include the force-stop code

Although ALSA modules are now loaded via discover, hotplug or
standard /etc/modutils files, it would be useful to still have
the old force-stop code in /etc/init.d/alsa, which kills all
the applications using audio devices and unload all modules.
