[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#238754: alsa-utils: please include sbiload utility

The sbiload utility is used to load FM patches into a FM synthesizer
(i.e. OPL2/3) that are usable for playing MIDI files.

This might be more appropriate for the 'awesfx' package; if so, feel
free to re-assign the bug.
