I can't get my soundcard working anymore with current versions of alsa-base
(I don't remember which exact version started the problem). The modules seem 
to get loaded correctly but applications can't get access to the soundcard.

With version 1.0.6a-8 everything was still working fine. I can still
downgrade to 1.0.6a-8 then the soundcard is working again but doesn't sound
correctly (noisy).
