Package: alsa-modules-2.4.22-1-686
Version: 0.9.6+1
Severity: minor

When installing alsa-modules-x without the PCMCIA subsystem, a few
modules have unresolved symbols:

# depmod -ae
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.22-1-686/alsa/
snd-pdaudiocf.o
depmod: register_pccard_driver_R1c442d6c
depmod: CardServices_Re4eef0a4
depmod: unregister_pccard_driver_Rdb348cd2
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.22-1-686/alsa/
snd-vx-cs.o
depmod: CardServices_Re4eef0a4
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.22-1-686/alsa/
snd-vxp440.o
depmod: register_pccard_driver_R1c442d6c
depmod: CardServices_Re4eef0a4
depmod: unregister_pccard_driver_Rdb348cd2
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.22-1-686/alsa/
snd-vxpocket.o
depmod: register_pccard_driver_R1c442d6c
depmod: CardServices_Re4eef0a4
depmod: unregister_pccard_driver_Rdb348cd2

Possible fix: Make alsa-modules depend on the PCMCIA subsystem. This
would however be a waste of space on desktop systems without PCMCIA
hardware, so I'd suggest to split the modules for PCMCIA soundcards
into a seperate package first.

These bugs should all have been fixed by recent alsa releases. Please
let me know if that is not the case.
