[Pkg-alsa-devel] New alsaconf

As you are no doubt aware I have been hacking on alsaconf, mainly in
order to address #270413 and #268221.  I have tried to put independent
changes into separate patch files.  While doing this I have been
learning to use dpatch and committing errors (such as forgetting to do
"dpatch deapply-all" before committing) but I think that these are
cleaned up now.  I have put alsaconf through some tests; now I think
it is ready for testing by others.
