[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#260316: alsa-utils: Happens in Gnome Terminal too

I get the same problem with gnome terminal, when I try to start
alsa-utils I get rubbish for all the lower-case letters.

Rubbish is like little squares mainly.
In addition, the problem occurs on the consoles!

Installing dialog fixes it.
