I'm not sure that a skip list is the best way to handle this problem.  I
think I'd be in favor more of a "data.d" style directory, containing
ALSA information that would override the OSS data in the main
directory.  That way, discover would load the correct modules, instead
of just being persuaded not to load the wrong modules.

This objection aside, I'd probably be more interested in a "config.d"
directory for discover-modprobe, which can take file snippets containing
any directive otherwise available in discover-modprobe.conf.  This makes
the facility available for more purposes than just skip lists.
