[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#306122: no modules options are passed due to /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base

Package: alsa-base
Version: 1.0.8-7
Severity: normal

Due to the install lines in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base, served by alsa-base, module options
passed to modprobe will not be passed to insmod. This prevents legacy probing (in my case
cs4236 on an IBM Thinkpad 600E) with alsaconf.
Example:

install snd-cs4236 modprobe --ignore-install snd-cs4236 && /lib/alsa/modprobe-post-install snd-cs4236

Since there is no option line for snd-cs4236 (i'd like to have one with the help of alsaconf...),
probing will fail.
