Package: alsa-utils
Version: 1.0.9a-3
Severity: normal

Currently I'm using
 alsa-base    1.0.9b-2
 alsa-utils   1.0.9a-3

 it is impossible to upgrade to versions:
 alsa-base     1.0.9b-4
 alsa-utils   1.0.9a-4

 because the Debian/testing still provides only
 udev         0.056-3

 and:
 alsa-utils suggests udev (>= 0.063)
 alsa-utils conflicts with udev (<< 0.060)

Correct.

Your options are:
* continue using udev << 0.060; refrain from upgrading alsa-utils
* wait for udev >= 0.060 to drop into testing; upgrade alsa-utils
* upgrade udev to >= 0.060 from unstable; upgrade alsa-utils
