alsa-lib -2 has a trivial change: removal of the example file.  It can
go out.

Jordi: If you liked you could include the patch from #340478 too.

I just created -2 for alsa-driver.  Since hotplug blacklisting is going
away (... is already gone in Ubuntu ...) we have to provide modprobe
blacklist files.  A couple of users have reported malfunctions which
were traced back to OSS modules being loaded, so it seems like a good
idea to include such files sooner rather than later.  I made the
necessary changes but they are a little bit too fresh for releasing.
