I don't know anything about the /etc/modutils/actions file.  Presumably
some sort of hook script.  In that case you should either fix the syntax
error or remove execute permission (chmod ugo-x /etc/modutils/actions)
and then run "apt-get -f install" to complete the installation of
linux-sound-base.
