[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#287499: alsa-base: causing confusion on systems with oss

I just got bitten by this particular bug on a sarge system, after 
spending nearly two hours digging throug every single aspect of the system 
(except this). It should _definitely_ be marked more visible than just 
the README.Debian file.
