[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#289533: alsa-base: minor change to init.d output

Currently the init.d output on startup is "Starting ALSA...done.".

The use of "Starting" makes it look like a daemon loading script and
provides little indication of what it's doing (unless you already know).

It might be nicer as
   "Restoring ALSA mixer settings...done."
as a counterpoint to the shutdown message
   "Storing ALSA mixer settings...done."
