[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#290946: Does not preserve configuration on upgrade

If the administrator edits /etc/alsa/alsa-source.conf, alsa-source will
overwrite her changes on upgrade.  The postinst writes to the file
using configuration information from the debconf database but doesn't
initialise the database from the contents of the file.  Tsk tsk!
