While I usually agree with this and just tag the bugs "upstream", for
some packages the number of bugs is big enough that we want to try to
get the less upstream bugs reported in the BTS.

ALSA packages were in a horrible state BTS-wise a few years ago, and
thanks to the new people that have been taking care lately, specially
Steve Kowalik and Thomas, the bug count dropped to something that could
be handled more or less sanely. I know this argument is a poor one when
discussing with the X maintainer, but anyway. ;)

The ALSA team currently lacks the manpower it needs to do things as we'd
like to, and bug triaging and forwarding takes most of Thomas' time, who
is very, very patient when it comes to forward a bug to the ALSA Mantis,
forward upstream's replies back to our submitter, and viceversa. I
totally understand that he's a bit tired of doing this, and if we can
get a few less reported, that's a lot better.

The next alsa-driver upload will include scripts for reportbug advocating
reporting upstream stuff directly in alsa-project.org.
