[Pkg-alsa-devel] alsa-base should recommend alsa-modules

hello

I just had some trouble getting alsa-base to work
because I didn't have alsa-modules installed

i think that it would help if alsa-modules could at
least be a "recommends" in alsa-base, at least whilst
2.4 is still default choice for stable
