[Pkg-alsa-devel] alsa-base should recommend alsa-modules

This recommendation appears (in English) in the package description.

The recommendation could be expressed as a package dependency, but the problem is that
there isn't just one alsa-modules package; there is alsa-modules-2.4.27-2-386 and
alsa-modules-2.4.27-2-k7 and....  I don't see any benefit arising from expressing the
recommendation this way.
