[Pkg-alsa-devel] Let's do an experimental release

Jordi: I would like to upload our current svn packages to experimental.
That way we can get alsa-driver into NEW without delay.  Perhaps it will
have been processed out of NEW by the time upstream releases 1.0.9; then
we can upload 1.0.9 to unstable without delay.  Also, it will be nice if
we can invite people to test 1.0.9rc1 to see if their driver/lib
problems are fixed in that version.
