[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#311262: alsa-utils: aplay does not use standard output and standard error streams correctly

aplay -l sends its output to standard error -- it should go to standard
output.

aplay -h sends its output to standard error -- it should go to standard
output.

There are probably other similar problems like this in the other alsa-utils
commands.
