[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#330035: alsa-utils should remove /etc/udev/rules.d/z60_alsa-utils.rules on purge

Hello,

alsa-utils creates /etc/udev/rules.d/z60_alsa-utils.rules on install. 
Purging the package should also remove it, else there will be a dangling 
symlink left on the system.
