[Pkg-alsa-devel] Bug#362459: alsa-tools-gui: Keeps reinstalling

If I run apt-get upgrade, this package reinstalls every time -- some flag doesn't get set indicating it's 
already up to date. I purged the package and reinstalled, and the behavior continued, so I'm guessing 
it's a minor omission in the package?
