That kernel helped. No more Artsd cpu overload and the KDE startup sound 
sounds better than ever. :-) My TV/radio card is still silent but I got new 
errormessage in dmesg:

bt878_probe: card id=[0x1211bd], Unknown card.
Exiting..
bt878: probe of 0000:00:0a.1 failed with error -22

So there must be some other problems that I had to solve.
