[Pkg-alsa-devel] Update of ALSA

Dear package maintainers,

ALSA version 1.0.13 came out 3 months ago with several significant
bugfixes, see http://www.alsa-project.org/changes/v1-0-12--v1-0-13.txt .

In my case: microphone input finally works on my Inspiron 630m laptop.
As far as I can see, the latest Debian package is version 1.0.11, which
is 8 months old. If I am correct, are the chances good of seeing an
updated package?
