Hmm, not really. udev doesn't work randomly ;)

But anyway, I found a bug with very similar issues at
https://bugtrack.alsa-project.org/alsa-bug/view.php?id=2104

so we don't need to send your problem upstream. Please follow the
bug related to the above URL.

And let us know whether you have had success or not.
