Package: alsa-utils
Version: 1.0.11-2
Severity: important

Hi,

The "silly dance" in /etc/init.d/alsa-utils to activate the internal
speakers is needed for Tumbler chips too.

I actually had something similar in my own startup script, but then it
stopped working and I started looking around and found this.

I'm sending this from another machine, so the information below won't
be correct, but I verified that it works by changing 'Snapper' to 'Tumbler'
in preinit_levels_on_card().

Greetings,
Markus
