Yes, that's fine, I've confirmed that the alsa udev script is now found:

ls -al /etc/udev/rules.d|grep alsa
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root   19 2005-12-24 20:00 z60_alsa-utils.rules -> 
../alsa-utils.rules
amarsh04 at victoria:~$ ls -al /etc/udev/|grep alsa
