Hmm, could you please try then ntp?
Actually, we are at 1-0.13. Could you please switch to it from your
selfrolled one?
Else, try drivers from alsa-source_1.0.13-2.
This seems to be a problem of chrony, as our drivers usually don't
care about "time daemons", though.
