Could you please use alsa-source 1.0.13? There is a more recent
driver packaged. How to build your driver is explained in
/usr/share/doc/alsa-source/README.Debian. Well, I am not shure
wether ca0106 is correct for your hardware, but anyway I can't test
it, because there is no amd64 handy arround :(
